The Times They Are A-Changin'

Coming back from an international trip, everyone asks two things:

1) How was it?
2) Are you jet-lagged?

Coming home from London, I'm typically okay. I get really sleepy around 8 o'clock at night, but usually only day one. I guess staying up until 3am was a good idea?

It does take a few days for my stomach to re-learn the time.

So, I ate a cheeseburger for breakfast this morning.
It was the only thing that sounded delicious.
And it was.

Jet lag is God's way of telling you that you are supposed to live in London.
:)
I remember blogging about waking up at 2am every morning after our trip to Europe last year. And about being ready for dinner by 10am!
It's worth it.
So glad to have you home.
Love you so!
