So...it's been decided.
My dad's run across America has been cancelled.
With the explosion and delay in replacing it, there is no way to fund and prep a new RV at this point.
So, what was once our trip to New York to give my dad a nice send-off is now a great relaxing vaction to New York to help my dad cope with the loss of his 50th Birthday dream.
Any requests for souvenirs?
