Something Funny:
The spell check on blogger just gave me three options when I typed PHOTOSHOOT.
Option 1: photo shoot
Option 2: photos hoot
Option 3: hot shot
Someday, I would like to use the phrase "photos hoot" in real life...and then blog about when and where I said it...
Something Not Funny:
I just got a letter (in America) for jury duty...what the heck do I do about that from here?

you have to write them a letter explaining why you can't serve and when you'll be back in the country. happened to me too, but luckily right before i left the country.
if the mail is too slow from kenya (understandable), write a part in the letter about having to email your letter to your mom (or a friend) to print out and mail for you.
they're pretty understanding about postponing it the first few times.
but, from experience, tell them you're getting back a couple days AFTER you actually are. they'll be sure to schedule you the very next day.
You can e-mail me with the information and I'll write the Jury Board and tell them you're going to be away from home for a long time...
