What if you're lactose intolerant?
What if I ask for half a pump? Is that annoying?

I agree with the lactose comment. Those people would like to enjoy starbucks like the rest of the world....
I would argue that Breve is the most annoying...I mean, let's face it...you have to steam a whole new batch of Half & Half.
I've always thought the "Extra Hot" request was sooo lame. Now I have support from an ex Starbucks employee! Hoorah!
I may or may not combine 5 of these to make the most annoying drink ever, and order it tomorrow. "Yes, I'd like an Iced Caramel Macciato with soy, three ice cubes, extra dry/hot, with Caramel SAUCE, and one pump of every syrup."
